Firstly, a project form must be completed. Each project must have only one director, the directors resume must be attached and necessary expenditure clearly determined.
The completed form must include:
• Title of project
• Introduction and its references
• Methods and materials
• Major, minor and practical targets
• Collecting data method
• Statistical method
• Time - table of project
• Ethics consideration

This should be sent by network E- mail. The Secretariat will compare this with original format and then it will be filed.
Secondary, this will be considered by the research board and results advised to projects director by secretariat network.
Projects director must submit reports of project progress.
Project acceptance criteria:
• Project compared with Network priorities.
• Helps in  development  of basic science
• Helps in developing  quality stem cell research in Iran and the world
• Ability to have an innovation in stem cell research
• Helps in development of incurable disease treatment
•  Helps in decreasing patient's problems.
