Introduction:
Stem cell network is a collection of research centers for developing and promote quantity and quality of stem cell research with a collaborative research program among related centers.

The network members include research and user's research institution and policy maker's organizations.
Mission: To improve the coordination of research and enhance its quality in order to improve the health level in society.

Goals:
To establish a data base for registration
Adequate building for stem cell research
Develop cooperation between the related centers
Develop cooperation with foreign countries
Develop the ability to translate research outcome into practical applications.
Develop research culture
Enhance the quality and quantity of stem cell research

The elements of network:
 Established by 5-7 persons that were appointed by the Iran Health Ministry, Research and Technology Deputy.

Network members: Research, Education, service, Industry, Institutions and policy makers whose duties related to the network mission.

Board of directors:
Consist of representatives from members whose duty is to elect a network chairman, who will lead for 2 years.

Secretariat: Its location is determined by chairman.
Secretary: Determined by chairman
Research and Educational board: They are determined by board of directors and chairman.
